Spanish Medical Interpreter

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Spanish‑English medical interpreter to join our remote team. You will provide professional interpretation for healthcare calls, ensuring accurate communication between patients and medical professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and interpret conversations according to the Interpreter Code of Conduct.
• Apply industry‑specific medical terminology during each session.
• Participate in internal professional training and continuous learning.
• Report daily activity and any issues to the team leader.

Required profile

• Bilingual or native‑level proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of interpreting experience (preferred).
• High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong listening, note‑taking and memory retention abilities.

Required skills

• Steady wired internet connection.
• USB wired headset.
• Windows 10 or macOS operating system.
