Senior Video Editor (Remote, Paid Social)

About the role

NeoWork is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join a fast‑moving consumer brand’s creative engine for paid social. This is a fully remote, contractor position focused on high‑volume, short‑form video production that drives performance.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form social and performance video content at high speed and volume.
• Use CapCut and AI‑assisted editing tools as core parts of the workflow.
• Interpret creative briefs and execute with minimal back‑and‑forth.
• Document editing workflows and SOPs for future handoff or automation.
• Collaborate closely with the Media Buyer to align output with ad‑testing cycles.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing short‑form paid‑social or DTC/e‑commerce performance content.
• Comfortable working independently in an ambiguous, fast‑moving environment.
• Strong documentation habits and ability to codify personal workflows.
• Curiosity about AI in creative production and willingness to experiment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CapCut.
• Experience with AI‑assisted editing tools.
