About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at BairesDev, you will lead complex technical programs across distributed teams, ensuring that dependencies, risks, and milestones are visible and under control from kickoff to delivery. You will work closely with executive stakeholders to translate program complexity into clear, actionable communication that keeps leadership informed and aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical programs across distributed teams, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide executive‑level communication and reporting on program status, outcomes, and risks.
• Drive alignment among stakeholders to keep programs on schedule and unblock delivery obstacles.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record of managing dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption‑driven programs (e.g., content rollout, framework adoption, training).
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
