Senior Technical Program Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high‑visibility technical initiatives across distributed teams. You will partner with executive stakeholders to translate program complexity into clear, actionable communication and ensure successful delivery from kickoff to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical programs, tracking dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Provide executive‑level reporting and status updates.
• Align stakeholders, remove blockers, and keep programs on schedule.
• Support adoption‑driven initiatives such as content rollout, framework adoption, or training programs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Strong executive‑level communication and reporting abilities.
• Proven track record managing dependencies, risks, and milestones across distributed teams.
• Experience with adoption‑focused programs (e.g., content rollout, framework adoption, training).
• Background in security, developer enablement, or AI/agent adoption domains.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
