About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong C++ expertise to enhance software development workflows using AI systems. This fully remote position focuses on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code, optimizing prompt strategies, and integrating AI‑assisted tools into production pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex C++ codebases to validate and refine AI‑generated outputs.
• Design, test, and optimize prompt strategies and context structures to improve model behavior.
• Evaluate AI system performance on code‑intelligence tasks and implement corrective measures.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI‑assisted development tools into production workflows.
• Apply deep knowledge of machine learning concepts to assess and improve model output reliability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, C++ development, or a related field.
• Strong background in C++ with a focus on code comprehension and analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted software engineering tools or large language model (LLM) systems.
• Ability to validate AI‑generated code outputs and refine prompts, context, or model inputs.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
