Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join its multicultural development team. The role is fully remote and focuses on building modern web applications for both mobile and desktop users while delivering an excellent end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications that work across various screen sizes and devices.
• Execute all phases of the software engineering lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Work independently to deliver tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
• Maintain code consistency and quality throughout the product.
• Document code and create technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• At least 6 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong front‑end capabilities with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience using modern frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Advanced level of English.
