Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join its globally distributed development team. You will work remotely on a variety of web and mobile projects, delivering high‑quality user experiences for multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive web applications for mobile and desktop devices.
• Execute all phases of the systems engineering process, from planning to deployment.
• Maintain code consistency and quality across the product lifecycle.
• Document code and produce technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• 6+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong front‑end expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with modern frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Advanced level of English.
