Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (Remote)

About the role

INDI is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join its global development team. You will work remotely on diverse projects, collaborating with multicultural teams to deliver high‑quality web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications for mobile and desktop devices with a focus on responsive design.
• Participate in all phases of the software engineering lifecycle, from planning to testing.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and ensure consistency across the product.
• Produce technical documentation for design, implementation, and testing activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• At least 6 years of overall software engineering experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proactive, team‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent user experiences.
