Senior Python Developer – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced Senior Python Developer to design and deliver sophisticated software solutions for global clients. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation in cloud, data processing, and web development environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create automation tools to configure, monitor, and orchestrate data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Develop data integration services that accelerate customer onboarding.
• Maintain reliability, performance, and scalability of data infrastructure.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Python applications.
• Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical mentoring.
• Architect scalable solutions using modern design patterns and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Python and Django development.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in building microservices and deploying to cloud environments.
• Strong algorithmic knowledge and intermediate agile methodology experience.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, CLEAN code, and design patterns.
• Track record of developing full applications from scratch.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control.
• Advanced level of English communication.
