Senior Planner – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to lead planning and scheduling activities on large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves developing, monitoring and controlling project schedules, analysing progress, identifying risks and delivering accurate reports to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and produce weekly and monthly schedule reports.
• Analyse critical paths, schedule variances and propose recovery plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and commercial teams.
• Prepare baseline schedules, look‑ahead plans and resource‑loaded schedules.
• Support delay analysis, extension‑of‑time (EOT) claims and schedule risk assessments.
• Participate in progress review meetings and provide planning support to project management.
• Ensure compliance with project milestones, contractual requirements and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience in construction, infrastructure or EPC projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling techniques and construction methodologies.
