About the role

As Financial Coordinator you will be accountable for the sound financial, accounting and budgetary management of the mission. You will act as the financial representative for the mission, both internally and externally with donors, authorities and NGOs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of finance, including budgeting, accounting and mission cash‑flow.
• Represent the association in relations with partners, authorities and local players on financial matters.
• Centralise and disseminate financial information within the mission and to headquarters, consolidating internal and external reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Financial and Accounting Management.
• Minimum 2 years experience in financial/accounting management, preferably in humanitarian action.
• Strong communication, analytical capability, organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAGA accounting software.
• Fluent English (mandatory).

• Fixed‑term contract (6 months) with monthly gross salary €2 650–€3 130, plus €50 per semester of seniority.
