About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and build high‑performance services using Kotlin and Java Spring. The role focuses on creating scalable APIs and managing deployments on AWS, all while collaborating with a global team of top‑tier engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend services with Kotlin and Java Spring.
• Design and implement reliable, scalable APIs.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications using AWS services such as Aurora, ECS, and S3.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams through GitHub workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and hands‑on experience with Java Spring.
• Solid understanding of API design and cloud infrastructure.
• Advanced English communication skills.
