Senior Bookkeeper (Remote, QuickBooks Online)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our remote team and support U.S.-based clients. The role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and data‑driven decision support using QuickBooks Online.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day bookkeeping activities and manage client financial records.
• Reconcile accounts, record journal entries, and clean up and close books.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide actionable insights.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online and other accounting software for efficient reporting.
• Support clients in making informed financial decisions through accurate data analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in bookkeeping and finance, especially with U.S. businesses.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles behind transactions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks Certification) or a degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
