Senior and Junior Health Systems Experts – EU Project

About the role

NTU International A/S is assembling a network of senior and junior health systems and public health experts to support the implementation phase of the EU‑LAC Policy Dialogue Support Facility. Selected experts will be called upon for assignments that require specialised knowledge in health policy, system analysis, and public health interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and analysis on health systems and public health topics for EU‑funded assignments.
• Participate in project tasks, reports, and stakeholder consultations as required.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across EU and LAC regions.
• Contribute to the development of policy recommendations and implementation strategies.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree or at least three years of proven experience in the field.
• Senior experts: minimum ten years of full‑time, post‑graduate professional experience in health systems or public health.
• Junior experts: minimum five years of full‑time, post‑graduate professional experience in the same domains.
• Experience with EU‑funded projects or international donor assignments is an asset.
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish at C1/C2 level.
