Senior AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents that understand, reason, and act on behalf of our customers. You will work at the forefront of applied AI, combining large language models, retrieval‑augmented generation, knowledge graphs, and autonomous agent frameworks to solve real‑world engagement problems at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agentic architectures for customer engagement and automation use cases.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for reasoning, memory, planning, and tool use, integrating LLMs, agents, RAG systems, MCPs and external APIs.
• Evaluate and fine‑tune models and agents to improve performance, reliability, and alignment.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to build a robust multi‑step workflow framework.
• Optimize agent cost, latency, and safety for production environments.
• Monitor, test, and continuously improve deployed agents based on feedback and analytics.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in agent‑based AI and propose innovative ideas.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML systems.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt/context engineering.
• Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Autonomous agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT.
• Knowledge graphs and information retrieval.
• Multi‑Component Pipelines (MCPs).
• Cloud environments, preferably AWS.
• MLOps, experiment tracking, and model deployment practices.
• Unstructured text data handling and NLP tasks.
