About the role

As a Semi Senior Project Manager at BairesDev, you will lead complex software development initiatives from planning through delivery. You will ensure projects meet quality standards, stay within scope, and are completed on time and on budget while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software development projects.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Handle changes to scope, schedule, and cost while maintaining project integrity.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members on best practices.
• Provide clear status updates to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong experience with risk and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software architecture.
• Excellent English communication skills.
