Salesforce Consultant – LATAM

About the role

The Salesforce Consultant will lead and support CRM implementations for industrial enterprises across Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, and Supply Chain sectors in Latin America. You will work directly with clients, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while operating in agile delivery environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Industry Clouds).
• Conduct discovery sessions, gather and analyse business requirements.
• Design scalable CRM solutions aligned with client processes.
• Configure Salesforce and coordinate with technical teams for custom development.
• Support integrations with ERP, data, and middleware platforms (e.g., SAP, MuleSoft, AWS).
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Produce client‑facing documentation and deliver training.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and platform governance.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes (Sales, Service, Commercial Operations).
• Experience in industrial or B2B environments is preferred.
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders and business users.
• Fluent English; Salesforce certifications are a plus.

• Integration experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• MuleSoft or AWS integration capabilities.
