Sales Support Professional

About the role

Join Siemens Energy’s Gas Services team in Venezuela to support the reactivation and growth of commercial operations. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and cross‑functional partners to develop proposals, manage contracts, and ensure accurate sales data.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare competitive commercial proposals, bids, and contract documentation in collaboration with sales, engineering, finance, legal, and business management.
• Manage the full lifecycle of customer contracts, including amendments, renewals, renegotiations, and scope changes.
• Ensure all proposals and agreements comply with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, providing timely support on orders, pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate commercial information in CRM, SAP, and related systems, supporting reporting, sales analysis, forecasting, and territory planning.
• Identify market trends, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to process improvements that drive business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in contract management, proposal development, bid management, sales operations, or similar commercial roles.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• High integrity, customer focus, and advanced communication skills in English and Spanish.
• APMP certification is a plus.
