Sales Representative (Closer) – Remote LATAM

About the role

LLC Hub, a division of GBS Group, is seeking a results‑driven Sales Representative (Closer) to convert inbound and warm leads for its Start‑Up Services. The position is fully remote, serving entrepreneurs across LATAM, and operates on a full‑time independent contractor basis.

Key responsibilities

• Make 8‑12 calls or virtual meetings daily with qualified prospects.
• Educate prospects on LLC Hub’s compliance and start‑up service offerings.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM, moving prospects through each sales stage.
• Document all interactions and follow‑up activities in the CRM.
• Handle objections, create urgency, and guide prospects to a closed deal.

Required profile

• Proven ability to follow a scripted sales process and close deals.
• Strong discipline in daily activity quotas and follow‑up.
• Resilience, accountability, and a client‑first mindset.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• CRM usage for pipeline and documentation.

What we offer

• Base salary plus uncapped commission, targeting $45,000‑$60,000 OTE per year.
