Sales Manager – Remote (Medical Devices)

About the role

Contec Medical Systems is seeking a remote Sales Manager to lead the promotion and distribution of its advanced medical devices worldwide. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, expanding into new markets, and driving revenue growth while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and target new market opportunities for Contec’s product portfolio.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research and produce accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to align initiatives.
• Promote Contec’s medical devices in global healthcare markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in creating and implementing sales strategies with measurable results.
• Strong interpersonal and client‑relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis to spot trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of the medical‑devices or healthcare sector is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
