About the role

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead our team of licensed life insurance agents. This role is ideal for someone who can coach agents, strengthen sales performance, and turn clear targets into consistent results.

Key responsibilities

Lead daily sales operations and drive individual and team sales targets.
Coach agents through call reviews, one‑on‑one sessions, and ongoing training.
Monitor sales activity, conversion rates, applications, approvals, and paid policies.
Support agents with product knowledge, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Oversee onboarding and help new agents build confidence and productivity.
Maintain accurate CRM reporting and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Required profile

Previous experience in life insurance sales and sales team management.
Proven ability to coach teams and achieve sales targets.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Accountable, proactive approach to solving problems and developing people.

Required skills

Experience using CRM systems.
Experience with dialers.
Experience with sales reporting tools.
