Sales & Customer Support – Forex (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Spanish‑speaking professional to join Falcon Funded’s sales and customer support team. You will engage inbound leads via chat, using our scripts while tailoring the conversation to each trader’s needs, helping them access funding and trading tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct chat‑based conversations in Spanish with potential inbound leads.
• Follow and adapt provided scripts to match individual customer requirements.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Handle multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in chat‑based sales or comparable sales roles.
• Fluent Spanish for client communication and good English for internal coordination.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage several customer interactions at once.
• Mandatory knowledge of Forex trading.
