Sales Associate

About the role

FBP Consulting LLC is seeking a full‑time Sales Associate to work on‑site in Venezuela. The role supports business development for a marine logistics fleet serving oil & gas operators, helping to identify and engage prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings to generate new leads.
• Prepare customized proposals and service overviews for marine logistics solutions.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of opportunities and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate meetings between prospects and senior consultants.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are accurately reflected in service offerings.

Required profile

• Strong client‑engagement and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience in sales prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the oil & gas and energy sectors.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset comfortable with cross‑cultural and remote teams.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer service is preferred.
• Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field is an asset but not required.
