About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled remote interpreter to bridge communication between Vietnamese and English speakers. The role is essential for delivering clear, accurate conversations, especially in healthcare‑related calls.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism.
- Interpret accurately using industry‑specific (healthcare) terminology.
- Participate in internal training to stay current on best practices.
- Report regularly to the team leader on performance and issues.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (minimum 90% proficiency) and Vietnamese.
- At least 1 year of interpreting experience (preferred).
- Strong communication, listening, and note‑taking abilities.
Required skills
- USB wired headset.
- Reliable wired internet connection.
- Windows 10 or macOS operating system.
