Remote Towing & Roadside Assistance Agent

About the role

You will be the primary point of contact for customers who need immediate roadside support. The role focuses on delivering timely assistance and coordinating towing services while working remotely from a home office.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages from customers requesting roadside assistance.
• Coordinate and dispatch towing and rescue services efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and actions taken.
• Provide clear information and updates to customers throughout the assistance process.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, dependable and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Functional PC or laptop with an updated operating system and a working headset.

Required skills

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Background in towing or roadside assistance is an advantage.
• Proficiency with computers, VoIP systems, and web‑based tools.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
