Remote Sales Representative – Real Estate Appointment Setter

About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales Representative who will focus on setting appointments with prospective real‑estate clients. You will engage in cold‑calling, follow‑ups and lead qualification to generate qualified meetings for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential real‑estate buyers, sellers and professionals.
• Conduct cold calls and manage follow‑up communications.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly appointment‑setting targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in the real‑estate industry.
• Proven background in sales, cold calling, lead generation or inside sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities in English.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a virtual environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Familiarity with online outreach tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
