Remote Sales Manager – Tech Services

About the role

Geeks on Site is looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead both inbound and outbound sales teams. This fully remote position serves customers across Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing on driving revenue growth, improving closing performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop inbound and outbound sales teams.
• Monitor and improve key KPIs such as closing ratio, subscription upsell performance, quality scores, and customer experience metrics.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, conversion rates, and team effectiveness.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing sales teams.
• Proven direct‑to‑consumer (D2C) sales experience with a track record of meeting revenue goals.
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales performance and achieve targets.
• Experience leading both inbound and outbound sales operations.
• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive improvements.
• Customer‑focused attitude and commitment to service excellence.
• Experience in technology services, IT support, or managed services is a plus.
