Remote Sales Appointment Setter (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Appointment Setter to join our remote team serving the LATAM market. You will be the first point of contact with prospective business owners, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for our sales specialists to close merchant cash advance deals.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective business owners using cold leads provided by the company.
• Collect bank statements and application information from prospects.
• Qualify and assess potential clients based on their need for merchant cash advances.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to discuss funding opportunities.
• Follow up with leads promptly and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand‑off of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2‑3 years of sales or outbound cold‑calling experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work independently.
• Experience with B2B sales, preferably with American clients.
