Remote Sales Appointment Setter (LatAm) – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing U.S. home service company. The role focuses on converting inbound leads and proactively generating new appointments with short‑term rental operators and property managers across the LATAM region.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly, delivering a warm and energetic phone presence to schedule appointments.
• Follow up on quotes and estimates with homeowners, Airbnb hosts, and property managers.
• Conduct targeted B2B outreach and cold calling to short‑term rental operators and property management companies.
• Re‑activate dormant leads via phone, text, and email while logging all activity in the CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent, neutral‑accent English (written and spoken) with strong phone presence.
• Proven experience in phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or cold outreach.
• Full‑time availability during US Mountain Time business hours.
• Dedicated quiet workspace, noise‑cancelling headset, and reliable high‑speed internet.
