Remote React Developer – AI Code Review & Training

About the role

We are seeking a Remote React Developer to join a paid AI training program focused on reviewing and improving AI‑generated code. The position is fully asynchronous, allowing you to work up to 40 hours per week based on project availability across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
