Remote QA Engineer – AI Code Review

About the role

We are seeking a Remote QA Engineer to join a paid AI training program focused on evaluating and improving AI‑generated code. The role is fully asynchronous, allowing software engineers across Latin America to work on a flexible schedule while contributing to AI model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Create original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to help improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at junior, mid‑level, or senior level.
• Legally authorized to work in any of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
