Remote Land Surveyor / Civil Engineer (Civil 3D, Drainage)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with solid experience in land surveying and Civil 3D to join our remote team. The role focuses on drainage, sewer systems, and related infrastructure design while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee civil engineering projects for land development, public works, and utility infrastructure.
• Produce grading, drainage, roadway, and utility plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and other design tools.
• Perform site grading, access road, stormwater, hydraulic and hydrology calculations, and design detention ponds, erosion control, parking lots, and related structures.
• Create various survey plans, including as‑built, foundation, road inventory, legal description, and wetlands mapping.
• Conduct quality control reviews of all drawings and survey drafts before final sign‑off.

Required profile

• Licensed or qualified Civil Engineer with verifiable land surveying experience.
• Proven experience in drainage and sewer system design.
• Advanced spoken English (mandatory) and ability to interpret topographic and boundary surveys.
• Willingness to provide a portfolio or sample projects and a voice note for screening.
