Remote Bookkeeper (QuickBooks) – Finance Role

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper with strong QuickBooks expertise to join our financial department remotely. You will ensure accurate processing of payments, maintain up‑to‑date financial records, and support the overall efficiency of our accounting operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process payments, manage accounts payable and receivable, and handle invoice management.
• Collect and review data for financial reports and perform reconciliations.
• Register vendor bills, prepare payments, and suggest process improvements to increase accuracy and reduce costs.
• Maintain compliance with data‑privacy standards and support risk identification.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and QuickBooks.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• High integrity, excellent mathematical ability, and attention to detail.
• Professionalism, proactive communication, and teamwork orientation.
