Regional Marketing Manager – Americas

About the role

The Regional Marketing Manager – Americas will design and execute integrated, multi‑channel marketing programmes for ECP’s conferences and exhibitions across North, Central and South America. Working closely with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional teams, you will drive delegate attendance, sponsorship sales, exhibition revenue and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch multi‑channel marketing strategies aligned with delegate, sponsor and exhibition targets.
• Conduct market research, audience segmentation and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Plan, execute and optimise digital campaigns across email, social media, paid media, SEO and website channels.
• Manage marketing automation, customer journeys, A/B testing and performance reporting.
• Maintain and update event websites and CMS content for an engaging user experience.
• Ensure CRM data quality and leverage analytics tools for campaign insights.
• Produce high‑quality copy and creative assets for both digital and traditional media.
• Build relationships with industry associations, media partners, sponsors and other stakeholders.
• Oversee external agencies and suppliers, negotiate contracts and control budgets.

Required profile

• Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in events or conference environments.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
