Recruiting Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function for its globally distributed team. This remote position will guide a large group of recruiting leaders, develop innovative hiring strategies, and ensure processes stay aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of over 50 recruiting leaders.
• Design and implement new hiring strategies that improve efficiency and employee well‑being.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep Talent Acquisition processes current and effective.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, metrics, and salary settings.
• Use data insights to continuously refine recruiting and staffing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
