About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function for its globally distributed team. You will shape hiring strategies, oversee a large team of recruiters, and ensure the process aligns with business objectives while supporting employee well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Design and implement innovative hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with area managers to keep recruitment processes current.
• Track and report KPIs, metrics, and salary benchmarks.
• Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve staffing outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (preferred).
• Hands‑on, proactive management style.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
