Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing strategy. This remote position will work closely with recruiting, operations, and client services teams to identify talent, present candidates, and improve hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute staffing strategies for open positions across the company.
• Gather and verify detailed candidate profile information for each opening.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to source and evaluate candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to internal clients and hiring leads.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover additional staffing opportunities within accounts.
• Suggest and implement improvements to recruiting and staffing workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or project management.
• Strong analytical abilities, extreme attention to detail, and effective multitasking skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
