BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its talent acquisition initiatives. The role is fully remote and offers the chance to work with a global team of top‑tech professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the staffing strategy for open positions across the company.
• Gather and document profile requirements and job specifications.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to source and identify potential candidates.
• Present qualified candidates to clients and hiring managers.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover growth opportunities.
• Recommend improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or project management.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Desirable: background in IT recruitment.
