Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to join its global recruiting team. The role focuses on executing staffing strategies, supporting short‑ and long‑term hiring projects, and collaborating across departments to ensure the right talent is matched with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify profile information for each vacancy.
• Partner with the recruiting department to source and identify qualified candidates.
• Present candidate profiles to clients and internal leads.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover additional hiring opportunities within accounts.
• Suggest and implement improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with extreme attention to detail.
• Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
