Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support its global staffing strategy. This remote position will work closely with the recruiting, operations, and client services teams to ensure the right talent is matched with the right opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute staffing strategies for open positions across the company.
• Gather and verify detailed profile information for each vacancy.
• Collaborate with recruiters to identify and present qualified candidates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to uncover additional talent needs within existing accounts.
• Suggest and implement improvements to recruiting and staffing processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in staffing, project management, or related functions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
