Recruiting Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Analyst to join our global recruiting team and drive both short‑term and long‑term staffing projects. This remote position offers the chance to work with top‑tier tech talent and support high‑impact hiring for clients ranging from startups to industry giants.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the staffing strategy for all open positions.
• Gather and verify detailed profile information for each assignment.
• Partner with the recruiting department to source and identify qualified candidates.
• Present candidate shortlists to clients and internal leads.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Services to uncover additional hiring opportunities within existing accounts.
• Recommend and implement improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with extreme attention to detail.
• Effective prioritisation and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Systems, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in staffing or project management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of direct recruitment experience.
