Projects & Digitalization Coordinator

About the role

The Finance & Business Services team in Western Venezuela is looking for a Projects & Digitalization Coordinator to drive process optimisation and digital transformation across finance projects. You will work closely with IT, contracts, procurement and joint‑venture teams to implement agile digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with corporate and Venezuela digital teams to adopt agile‑based digital solutions for joint ventures.
• Identify and develop optimisation and digitalisation opportunities that create measurable value.
• Support the Finance and Business Services team in leveraging digital tools and enhance monitoring of financial project progress.
• Build relationships with the Chevron Venezuela Agile team and other joint‑venture partners to scale digital investments.
• Learn SAP processes, work with the CVP IT team, and implement business solutions.
• Create, maintain and present a Digitalisation Dashboard to the Finance Manager.
• Participate in internal audits and reviews to uncover control improvements and process efficiencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, CPA, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1‑5 years of experience in financial processes with a technology focus.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a cross‑disciplinary, diverse environment with a customer‑service mindset.
