Procurement Specialist – Buying/Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage end‑to‑end purchasing for assigned categories. You will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring compliance, cost optimisation and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards and governance.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms.
• Negotiate, draft and manage supplier contracts in line with legal and compliance requirements.
• Create, execute and close purchase orders from request intake through invoice processing.
• Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance and resolve delivery issues.
• Identify and propose improvements to procurement processes and methods.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design commercial strategies aligned with business demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement compliance, ethics and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams under tight deadlines.
