Procurement Analyst

About the role

Remote is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join its Global Purchase to Pay team. The role will manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, ensure compliance, and support vendor relationships across the company’s international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to onboard, monitor, and, when necessary, terminate vendor relationships.
• Advise business units on vendor management requirements and communicate identified risks.
• Identify, monitor, and remediate issues in the procurement workflow, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Maintain adherence to Remote’s standards, policies, and controls for vendor management.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal pricing while aligning with company terms.
• Manage the procurement process in Coupa in collaboration with key owners and stakeholders.
• Track software license renewals to guarantee timely continuation of services.
• Collaborate with Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in indirect (services and SaaS) procurement.
• Solid background in managing vendor relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Effective commercial negotiation and contracting capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a globally distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with Coupa (Intake & Orchestration is a plus).
