Process Design Assistant – Property Management

About the role

ProfitCoach is seeking a Process Design Assistant to help property management companies translate their operations into reliable, automated workflows. The role is hands‑on, client‑facing, and combines building solutions with clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design processes for core property‑management operations, sales, new services, and client‑specific needs.
• Implement, test, and validate processes within workflow‑automation software, ensuring reliable execution across connected systems.
• Analyze existing workflows, identify efficiency improvements, and align them with PM Ops Standards and industry best practices.
• Create and maintain SOPs, visual diagrams (e.g., LucidChart) and documentation for internal and client use.
• Ensure quality assurance and continuous improvement by championing a culture of efficiency and staying current on emerging PM tech tools.

Required profile

• Experience in property‑management operations (leasing, resident services, maintenance) or strong technical capability in building automations, workflows, or CRM systems.
• Excellent English communication skills for client interaction and training.

What we offer
