About the role

Join Harding+ as a Premium Watch Sales Specialist and sell luxury timepieces aboard cruise ships worldwide. You will work in an onboard boutique, delivering a high‑end guest experience while earning a competitive salary plus up to 6% commission on watch sales.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the boutique, assess their preferences and recommend suitable watches.
• Provide detailed product knowledge on premium and Swiss watch brands, explaining features, value and care.
• Guide guests through the purchase journey, balancing attentive service with commercial instinct.
• Support onboard events, presentations and promotions to generate interest and leads.
• Maintain impeccable product presentation, manage stock, and ensure compliance with brand and company standards.
• Share expertise with team members and contribute to a collaborative onboard environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling luxury or premium watches, preferably with Swiss brands.
• Strong consultative selling approach, able to build trust and patience with high‑value customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a memorable guest experience.
• Ability to work and live on a cruise ship, adapting to a close‑knit team environment.
