Podcast Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Podcast Account Manager to own the end‑to‑end success of assigned podcast shows. Working fully remotely, you will coordinate guest bookings, production workflows, and client communications to ensure each episode is delivered on time and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the guest booking pipeline: source, outreach, follow‑up, schedule and confirm high‑quality guests.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for podcast clients, hosts and guests, providing a smooth professional experience.
• Coordinate production workflows across editors, designers, hosts and internal teams, tracking timelines, deliverables, assets and publishing status.
• Leverage AI tools to improve guest research, outreach, scheduling support, client communication, production coordination and quality control.
• Ensure all guest‑facing and client‑facing communications are accurate, polished and reviewed before external distribution.
• Maintain organized systems, trackers and documentation for each show and proactively resolve issues before they affect delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, project management, production coordination, podcasting or related media roles.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients, shows and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable following up and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the production cycle.
