Performance Marketer (Paid Search Focus / B2B exp)

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketer to join The Global Talent Co.’s in‑house team. The role can be part‑time or full‑time and focuses on scaling our candidate acquisition engine through paid search and broader paid media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns while supporting Meta and LinkedIn paid media initiatives.
• Own keyword strategy, bidding tactics and search‑intent optimisation to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Test emerging platforms such as Reddit, X (Twitter) and TikTok and integrate them into the acquisition mix.
• Handle the full campaign lifecycle: targeting, creative briefing, testing, optimisation, reporting and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives.
• Monitor KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS) and transform data into actionable recommendations.
• Conduct A/B tests on headlines, creatives, landing pages, audiences and calls‑to‑action.
• Build performance dashboards and communicate insights to leadership.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with additional experience on Meta and/or LinkedIn.
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance while reducing acquisition costs.
• Highly autonomous, organised and comfortable working in a remote‑first environment.
• Experience running B2B paid media campaigns across multiple international markets.
