About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s commercial projects team in Venezuela as a Commercial Projects Intern. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the development and execution of snack‑related initiatives that align with the company’s mission to lead the future of snacking.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the commercial projects team in planning, tracking, and reporting on project milestones.
• Gather and analyse market and sales data to support decision‑making.
• Prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure project alignment.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve project processes.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate interested in commercial project management.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
