Part-time Social Media Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Venture49 is looking for a part‑time Social Media Coordinator to create eye‑catching, ad‑style video content and manage the brand’s presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. The role is fully remote from Venezuela, about 20 hours per week, with some overlap during US Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form, scroll‑stopping videos for social platforms.
• Plan and maintain the content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Write and publish posts in flawless English.
• Design simple graphics using Canva or similar tools.
• Engage with comments, messages, and the community.
• Track performance metrics and share concise reports.
• Generate fresh ideas for campaigns, formats, and content themes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience managing social media accounts.
• Hands‑on video creation and editing experience (ad‑style promotional videos).
• Excellent written English and comfortable spoken English for meetings.
• Based in Venezuela and able to work ~20 hours/week with US Eastern overlap.
• Reliable internet connection and personal computer.
• Ability to receive USD payments via Zelle, Wise, or similar.
